Can my computer or mobile device handle the virtual event?

Most up to date computers and mobile devices such as laptops, desktops, and handheld tablets can run the virtual event for you. We recommend using Google Chrome for the best experience, however other browsers will work as well.

Can I use the Swoogo App to watch?

There is no app for this event. If you choose to watch the event from your mobile device, please use the mobile browser as the website is mobile responsive.

What is a session player?

The Session Player is the portal/media interface we’ve built for users to watch the stream or on demand video from.

Can I ask questions during the event?

During our live General Sessions, use the question feature on the right-hand side of the screen to ask any questions you may have! Unfortunately, in order to create on demand workshops, there is not a question feature available for the workshops.

Can I share my virtual convention login information with other members of my team?

For every paid registration to attend virtually, only one device (computer, laptop, tablet, phone) will be allowed to enter the virtual conference with your email being your Unique ID. You are more than welcome to allow anyone in your organization to enjoy the conference with you wherever you are viewing the event.

Can I access and view recordings of any sessions from the conference?

Yes, Your virtual event registration includes access to all sessions and workshop recordings during and after the event concludes. Do not worry; you can view any session you missed as soon after it has been transmitted.

How long will I have to watch the event if I cannot watch it live?

All the content will be available on demand for 30 days after the virtual event. You will be able to watch any session or workshop at any time for 30 days.

Where do I find my personalized event link?

If you have already registered, you will receive an email with your personalized link by January 6th.

For the best experience, please do the following:

  • Disconnect from VPN for the duration of the event

  • Ask others in your household to minimize WiFi usage

  • Please ensure you're on a supported browser
